Persona Deck is an online assessment platform built around the SBTI style. Through short, focused questions, we aim to help you gain clearer self-awareness about your career direction, relationship patterns, emotional habits, collaboration style, and the strengths you may not easily see in yourself. No complex theoretical jargon — just questions that connect to real life and feedback you can act on right away.
Our team's view on assessment results is this: a good result shouldn't label you — it should help you notice patterns, understand trade-offs, and walk away with one practical next step you can try immediately. These assessments are tools for self-reflection, not clinical diagnoses or official MBTI tests. When your context or state changes, retaking an assessment can reveal perspectives you missed before — and that is where the real value lies.
When it comes to topic selection and building the question bank, our team has spent countless hours asking one core question: what kind of prompts truly touch on the concerns you care about? Every question goes through multiple rounds of refinement — it needs to be psychologically sound while remaining easy to understand and answer honestly. Our library spans personality traits, career development, emotional management, and team collaboration, and behind every theme is our ongoing inquiry into what makes self-exploration genuinely worthwhile. We care less about the number of assessments and more about whether each one can bring you real insight.
You may have noticed that every assessment result comes with a unique result image. To make these images both visually appealing and accurate in conveying the core message of each result, our team has put tremendous effort into visual design. From color schemes and icon selection to layout and composition, every result image has gone through repeated iteration. We hope it not only helps you reflect on your results, but also makes it easy to save, share with friends, or showcase in the community — because the process of understanding yourself is sometimes worth being seen.
