Using the service
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and the instructions shown in the product. You are responsible for keeping the information you submit lawful and accurate, and for activity and content associated with your account.
You may not interfere with service operations, bypass access limits, scrape non-public data in bulk, attempt unauthorized system access, or use Persona Deck in a way that may harm the service, users, or third parties.
Accounts and community content
Keep your account credentials secure and take responsibility for actions under your account. If you notice account misuse, suspicious sign-in, or another security issue, contact the site administrator promptly.
Do not publish content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, spam, malicious, or that violates another person's privacy, personality rights, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
You keep the rights you lawfully hold in content you publish. You also authorize us to use that content as needed to provide, display, distribute, back up, moderate, and maintain community features.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate access when content violates these terms or may threaten the service, users, the public, or third-party rights.
Assessment results
Assessment results are for personal reflection and general informational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, career, education, or other professional advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions.
Outputs may be affected by question interpretation, your state while answering, scoring rules, data quality, and presentation. Use your own judgment and seek help from a qualified professional when needed.
Do not use Persona Deck assessment results for hiring, eligibility screening, medical diagnosis, credit evaluation, insurance pricing, or other contexts that may significantly affect a person's rights or opportunities.
Payments, third-party services, and links
If the service offers paid features, subscriptions, or third-party payment flows, pricing, benefits, refunds, and cancellation rules will be governed by the relevant checkout page and payment provider rules.
The service may include third-party sign-in, payment, translation, images, community content, or external links. Third-party services are controlled by their providers, and their terms and privacy policies may apply to your use.

Persona Deck page designs, text, graphics, code, assessment structures, result expressions, trademarks, logos, and other content are protected by law. Unless stated otherwise, rights are reserved by us or our licensors.
